Black coffee only has about 5cals a serving, not a significant amount to knock you out of a fasted state.

Yes cause... they’re calories so it’s still calories in vs calories out. No?

If your total caloric intake is in excess of your total caloric expenditure, then you will gain weight. It’s really that simple.

want to lose? Eat slightly less than you burn.

    Yeah, I guess so.

I don't know what my caloric intake or expenditure is...

    Track your food.

I use my fitness pal. There are plenty of other apps. You can even do it with a pen and paper if you like.

I found this on the meme thread. It looks like @Supra TT pushing @PackCon in a wheel chair. I thought y'all would enjoy it.

Today's macros. Little lower on cals than normal but I'm not in a super bulking phase right now.

Closer I get the my next comp (and when I add in some test) I'll bump up around 5500-6000

Okay @broke_down going to eat a small dinner tonight. Then fast until lunch tomorrow. If I can. That’s about 16-18 hours.

Also gonna sleep in and skip the gym.

Careful on the skipping the gym part. My intentions were you encourage you to plan your exercise around your ability to recover, not to forego exercise in its entirety. But, if you have multiple consecutive days on a few hours of sleep, I would agree that the sleep will probably benefit you more than the exercise.

Probably right if you mean take him to the gym and then to get some food and beers. I’m a lover, not a fighter.

I gotta ask... did you become a strong man while young because of your height and build or did you pick it up when you were older cause you didn’t know wtf else you were good at

Has anyone created/knows of a seated leg curl chair that you can fit under a desk?
