I've been at 175P 205C 65F for a couple weeks. Been sitting at 172 all week. I've had a really solid week of lifting and dieting. Woke up this morning at 174. That's why I weigh daily, so I can use the average, not the fluke. I imagine today's spike was because my schedule got out of whack yesterday and I ate 1/2 my cals right before bed. Anyway, I didn't lose any this week so I'm knocking off 10g of my beloved carbs. Sad day.

No pump, no flex, straight out of bed this morning.



@weldertaco my long term goal is to get strong and put on some much needed muscle. My short term goal is to get leaner before I start. I'd like to shed my love handles a belly fat. I need A LOT of muscle mass on my frame, so I'm planning to spend quite a long time building. I want to have a pretty clean base to start with. I don't have a number on the scale I'm looking for. Being lean was fun (sorta) but I'm not willing to do what I had to do last time to get there. I had to give up too much of the other things I enjoy. Right now, this is pretty easy. I'm not hangry. I'm still able to go out every now and then. My diet doesn't control me. When I get to the point in this cut that I start struggling with it, I'll stop and start working on my long-term goal of getting strong.
