Something you might like... I have Ethiopian friends that get green beans and pan roast them then hand grind and do a pour over..
Is a small roaster in your future?
(I think it's safe to talk about coffee now that doogie howser is gone)

That's awesome. I would LOVE to get a roaster. But I have a very "buy once, cry once" personality so the roaster I would get is around $1,500 and not in my current budget or current plans. My friend has the less fancy version of it though and has roasted me a few batches and have turned out good. I do plan to get myself a roaster one day though.

It’s insane how much excess fat the body holds and distributes. Woke up at 177 this morning (still mid fast) which I would’ve never even imagined weighing again. And it’s like meh. Still no abs. Still love handles. Still jiggle lol.

my goal used to be 175 whenever I weighed 220 but now I’m basically there and it’s like wellllll fuck undershot the goal on this one a bit lol guess 170 is the next one.

I’m gonna over shoot but you’ll get the point.

the rock would be the best known celebrity.

just a built physique yet enjoyable daily and doesn’t look weird.

functional I guess would be the way to describe it? But definitely do not want to be small. I like my 300lb bench strength lol.

    ninja warrior style physique maybe?

Based on the photos you posted I’d say you are probably a good 15lbs away from solid abs.

If I could go back and redo the last 7 years of my life with the experience and knowledge that I have now. I would get lean first. As lean as I wanted. Then worry about adding mass slowly to get where I wanted.

I wasted years doing this cut and bulk shit. The cut and bulk thing is for BB who want to compete and are dedicated year round. Most people do cut and bulks in such a sloppy and uncontrolled manner that it causes them to fuck up their metabolism more than anything.
@Supra TT can feel free to add his comments here too.

I say that just so you can get a realistic weight loss goal. I think it helps to know really what you are working towards. I don’t say it in any way to be discouraging. So don’t take it that way.

Lose the weight then never have to worry about losing it again. Would be so nice if someone told me that 7 years ago LOL.

That’s exactly what I’m doing and why I told what’s his name that I’m okay with being a pencil neck right now. Trying to get as lean as I can before getting big. Just the process takes a while and that’s what sucks lol.

    You aren’t a pencil neck.

Pencil necks can’t bench almost twice their body weight.

This morning was low 60s, I couldn’t waste such great weather by going to the gym. Ran a 10 miler instead

I’ll add leg day to back and chest day tomorrow to make up for it.

Run felt great despite being 14.5 hours into a fast. But it is just cardio.
