Me in the locker rooms:

 

I do not see the need at all to get naked in a locker room. Even while playing sports I kept covered with a towel.

 

Yea if my gym ever decides to build a locker room ima veto that shit

I may have had a @weldertaco level of enjoyment of this steak tonight though. One of my best cooked ones in a while. Shit was damn good.

I decided to start the Runkeeper coaching to help with my running, I set a goal to run a 5K on 12/21 at a 10:18 pace and this was my first training run.
Overall I’m happy with it, I need to have it read my current pace whenever it has me switch pace because I just ran, I didn’t check my watch or phone to check my pace, it did tell me my overall pace every 3 minutes.

 

In Cali at an LA Fitness it was a bunch of homeless dolts camping out nude ...people complained and got their memberships terminated. Fing weird.

 

I’m the same.

I undress and dress in the shower stall after a workout.

Its a public facility not someones personal bathroom.

This is why I want to get a good watch. It’ll buzz at you if you are running too slow lol.

 

FYI rogues matte Black Friday starts tomorrow and runs all of November if anyone is looking for home gym stuff. I am serious debating the new monster lite rack, bar, and weights to have something in the basement for the wife and I.

 

Best part is when they start blow drying their balls with the hand dryer.... I will never unsee that.

Talking with Martins to tailor my programming and even he is amazed by how cardio heavy this show will be. A lot of carrying/loading, and that truck pull in the middle is going to be hell. Definitely going to have to add some more conditioning in.

Quads are dying today. Saw y’all were saying that squats Majorly help build your core and overall strength So did a couple variations of them yesterday and everything hurts today lol
