Had a little deadlift competition at the gym today. Pulled 425, but 435 wouldn't go up at all.

I'll take it, but given how relatively easy 425 was, I should have gotten 435 maybe 445 up. Will try again alone in a week or so.

    Lol

For real though 2lbs of steak is nothing really. I have eaten 72 ounces easily before, and that was with taters and a blooming onion as sides lol

Bruh. 30ish minutes in the oven at 235 degrees then take it out and sear it on a smoking hot skillet. No grill needed.

Just destroyed some home smoked brisket and pork tenderloin.

    and baked beans.

    and cheese taters.

and there was a keg and bonfire involved.

and I’m back home sober as a judge at 8:00. Seven days out. Eyes on the prize.

Bruh you’re gonna kill it and even if you don’t, atleast you had the sack to go after your goals.

it’s 8pm and I’m gonna go kill hamstrings/glutes before starting my 1,450 mile drive tomorrow. Once I get to VA, I’m gonna buy a day pass and workout while waiting on the Wifes ship to dock and maybe even go for a jog on the beach

I can’t bring myself to do that. I love a charcoal grilled steak too much. The main issue is I’m lazy and don’t want to leave tonight ha

I do too but this is easy and precise. I usually sou vide my steaks and then sear on my griddle or right over super hot charcoal. I'm starting to like the reverse sear baking way as it's a lot faster than sou vide, plus it gets perfect temp inside all the way through.
