    Just had a beastly breakfast and going to kill it in a couple hours......heavy squats 5x5, hand stand push ups and chins (max reps), then finish with 70lb KB swings for 5min!

    Gotta be cable flys for me, as well as deadlift.... Something really cool about being able to beat on your chest after dead lifting 6 or more plates :)

    Mine was hex bar deadlifts for a while. Lately I've been revisiting DB Incline. I love the slow but steady struggle of getting up the last few reps of a set. feelsgoodman

    I'm mainly just talkin about the last 1-2 reps when you're about to fail, but don't. I normally lift up as fast as I can though
