Although, fun fact, you really cannot covert from kg to lbs. kg is a measure of mass and lbs is a measure of weight.
Mass = space you take up in space
Weight = space you take up in space plus gravitational forces

 

Morning boys. Today’s the day. My wife’s deployment is officially done. It’s the first time she’s seen me in like 8 months which means my body has completely changed. From a Tight 34 waist to a 31. Getting one last pump in at the gym before going to her base to wait on the ship. Fucking stoked and can’t wait to see her be blown away by my changes.

 

Speaking of plant based has anyone suffered through The Game Changers?

Much appreciation man. The loyalty is easy when you find a good one. It gets hard going home to a empty house and not having a friend to talk to but staying loyal is easy. Ain’t no other woman that has anything worth leaving mine over.
