This restaurant in Hawaii made the fucking best spicy ketchup that he served with sweet potato fries. Hands down best ketchup in my life

 

Do you guys ever experience pain in your elbows? Like tennis elbow or joint pain from lifting?

I was in pain today. I get cubital tunnel syndrome in my elbows. The ulnar nerve runs right along the outer edge of the elbow joint and it can easily get inflamed.
I can no longer to heavy triceps work and only bend my elbows to 90 degrees when I do, do any exercises.
It felt like tendonitis issues until one day I almost dropped 250lbs on myself when my arm gave out on me benching. I finally realized it was a nerve issue.

 

I’m just wondering if I’ll hit the body fat% before I hit the weight, I guess I’ll find out when I get close to that weight.

Personal goals I want to have good cardio endurance (run 2 miles without having to walk and be able to communicate while running) and medium strength and keep explosive speed and flexibility.

For the Coast Guard I’ll have basic PT (2 mile run, sit and reach, sit-ups, and push-ups) and for the PD it’s just sprints, push-ups and 1.5 mile run. I’m making progress on the run and everything else will come with dropping weight and working out regularly, I just need to focus on cleaning my eating and staying consistent with my workouts.

2 mile run tonight, weighed after the run and I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been, 312.6 lbs.
26:09 total time, 12:57 average pace.

 

It will be hard to tell at this point if you are going to hit the weight or body fat first. As you lose and get lower and lower you’ll be able to tell better.

What I like about IF is it makes it so hunger doesn’t control you. Eventually you really don’t get hungry.

I also previously made the comment to always stay moving. That was a serious comment. Doing the best you can to stay moving all the time does cumulatively add up to be some calories at the end of the day.
Take the dogs for a long walk everyday. Walk on your lunch hour, do some renno projects lol.
My walking has also helped my running too. I count my daily walking miles in my running routine miles. All time on your feet helps you be better at being on your feet. So don’t be afraid to walk on your runs for extra miles.

Haven’t tried that, but I bet it is good. I have added tomatoes before, or dipped it in tomato soup...

My secret for grilled cheese is to use mayonnaise instead of butter on the bread
