Sadly man I couldn't tell you, I have a stronger incline due to flat causing me AC Joint Paint but I body build primarily so I'm more into the aesthetic side of things. But love to lift heavy, as far as squats I'm working on building it back up, had foot surgery and have bilateral hip issues.

Now I’m sitting here impatiently waiting for my pot roast to finish cooking

 

What are your numbers? Don’t think you’ve ever mentioned them.

 

Haven’t ever squatted heavy ever. Always lost focus on leg day. Trying to focus on legs now by doing them 2-3 times a week since they’re the weak point.

put 315 on squat for the first time ever and fuck lmao. That shit felt way heavier than expected.

 

I stopped tracking my 1RM last year when I took my break from lifting. My bench was up to 285 at my highest. I think DL was pushing 400 and squat was somewhere around 250 for an ATG squat. I can’t remember my OHP. Squat has always been my hardest thing to improve.

Today I moved 185 for 8 reps on my 4th set bench. Puts me at a 230 bench if we put just that set in a calculator.

I would like to recalculate my 1RM and start tracking all that again but it will need to wait till after surgery. No DL now and I can’t squat over 135 for the time being.

 

Have you guys ever heard or tried this pre-workout?

I'm shooting for a 500 DL by mid March. I pulled 425 somewhat easily a couple weeks ago, but 445 wouldn't budge. I felt very tired. We'll see.
