You think it's painful to workout? Painful to push yourself? That pain is like a slap on the wrist when the real pains of life slap you in the face. The pain of not knowing of losing someone is real pain. The moments like these minimize all other pain!

I use Vitamin shop brand BCAA's, pretty inexpensive, and there was like 180 caplets, I wanna say it was like 20 bucks. I really enjoy them, not nearly as sore the next day as I otherwise would be.

Haven't bumped in here in a bit. I do always read up. We've been lifting hard at the new gym! I discovered I can do Muscle Ups!

Does anybody know any other 240lb+ dudes besides Kali Muscle going over the top?

I use Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy (powder) I like it.

Watermelon is so good. But not sure if GNC carries that flavor. They do carry orange which is the next best thing.

I mix it with some preworkout NO xplode

Correct me if I'm wrong... Does it prevent fatigue as well?

It has aminos/electrolytes so yes it helps...carnosine is the BCAA that helps soak up the muscle fatiguing ions

That seems like an awful lot. You'd probably be fine with a pre workout and some OJ. Or some extend and some OJ. As long as you have a good meal a few hours before.

i eat 1 hour before, and take this 30 mins before, I'm bulky right now, hence why I'm using all those on top of meals
