My case as well. Natty T levels for me are like 280... I finally got fed up from feeling like shit and not seeing gains from the work I put in and now on this cycle I feel great. My plan is to do probably 3-4 more cycles doing a solid PCT and then I will look into TRT. I want to be 100% sure this is what I want to do before committing to that TRT life.

I always go into the Yoga thinking "ah what a great recovery workout I have ahead of me"

    *10 minutes in* getting warm

    *30 minutes* okay...

*50 minutes* mother of god not one more vinyasa please

Post 90 minutes of yoga feeling is a great feeling though

My man. I didn’t wanna quote your long message again but thank you for that reply. Shit is so damn interesting to me and I’m 100% in that learning phase and reading/watching as much about it as I can. I would never plan on being worlds strongest man or mr Olympia.
But just to get a little bigger would be cool and push more weight and be a stronger human over all. Being short makes you wanna atleast grow wide.. but as you said... lots of years to train and foods to eat and lessons to learn yet.

but the honesty is much much much appreciated.

All you need for this is food and dedication, plus a little patience.

Plenty of strong and big people without gear for sure. It helps obviously, but it's not necessary by any means. I always think of it like race fuel, sure 87 octane will do amazing and you can build something quite impressive, however add race fuel and tune it to operate on race fuel and it will do something outstanding.

Exactly. So why do a 3” lift if you know you want a solid axle in the future ? Why not just save time and go straight to the big boy game?

*i am not getting on gear anytime soon. Just fun to bullshit*

The “tune it to operate” is the important part here. I think most people see gear and think “if I jump on that I’ll look this way or that” without still having to manage a consistent diet and workout.

It’s not a shortcut. I know people who use gear and still look like shit

I think we’re both thinking of one person in particular.

I agree. Until one has dieted hard and trained hard, on a program and for years, you just don't know what you can do Natty. And I keep hearing how too many ppl think gear is a solution without hard/smart work, when it's not, so roid up but still don't see results.
