All this BF talk...you guys got me wondering what percentage I currently am now.

I think I’m going to go into a place that can measure it and find out soon. I’m still working on this stubborn belly fat....

If I can just get rid of a lot of the remaining belly fat & get my pecs to have a clean defined line on the lower outside...I’d be a happier man

What’s the point of measuring your bf? It’s just a number (not accurate btw unless you’re jacked like welder) Just exercise and eat better then you can use the mirror to measure your improvements.

Feels like by bodyfat is 135%

But I am hitting bodyweight log presses pretty smoothly so at least there's that.

I’m down. Come to Raleigh and you can lift with me and thunder. I guarantee if you take a selfie at our spots you’ll be 12% bf or lower.

    This is very wise.

So many people see drugs as a way to cheat the laws of physics and gain the body type they want with minimal effort. This is the last person that should be trying to use PEDs. These are the guys who will get hurt.

Looking a certain way and performing at a certain level will always require extreme dedication. It has to be more important than your job, your kids, your spouse, your social life, etc.
I’ll always strive to push myself but I’ll likely never reach elite dedication on that level.

You are absolutely correct in saying gear is for those individuals who have years of consistent and dedicated training behind them. Its really for the advanced lifter.

PEDs aren’t a short cut, it actually adds a whole other layer of complexity to your life. If you can’t control your consumption of cake and McDonalds I’m not sure how you think you can handle the demands of cycling.

No bullshit man. My squats suck but I’m trying to get better. Do em twice a week but they have a lot of catching up to do compared to my upper body.
