Had a brain fart this morning and walked right out the door leaving my prepped chicken and rice on the table.

So this is the closest quick thing to my chicken and rice I could find around me lol Guess it'll do for today, need those carbs for big deadlifts.

I have not tried either of those. I’m not a super big fan of the wasabi.
The sriracha would probably be right up my alley.

    Err umm, I mean maybe the 13% - 15% range :D

I’m in between the two so I’d go with 15% by looks

Except for the belly area :annoyed:

    Speaking of salty things LOL

@Supra TT do you do any electrolyte supplementation with anything outside of pink salt? Any potassium chloride or epsom?

I’m trying to supplement with pink salt but I still have some foot cramping after a workout. I’m salting fucking everything to include my water and coffee. I’m thinking about adding KCl but unsure about epsom. I’ve only supplemented with Mg once and holy shit... like literally holy shit

I’m nervous about ever screwing with it lol

I do drink 2-3 electrolyte replacement mixes a day (sugar free) they don't have a ton of potassium, but any helps. I have been trying to consume coconut water as well (tho they can be carb heavy). I haven't had much in the way of cramps when I stay on top of potassium, but if I don't then they come back.

The other day I had a calf cramp so bad I could not stop it and I had my buddy at the gym grab my leg and slam it on the ground with me. I was literally standing on it and couldn't get it to release - NGL it scared the fuck out of me LOL. Calf grew 1 inch tho, so now it's 10 inches, gotta take the positives with it.

Edit you could put avocado in, they are extremely high in potassium

Lol those cramps can be intense. I’ve only gotten a couple so bad they woke me out of the deepest sleep.

I may try to add some KCl to see if it helps.

I love avocados I just wish they weren’t equal to the price of gold some days.
I will add more if them though.
