    Isn't the greatest, but it's movement.. Goal weight is probably over 200#. :cool: Strength has increased by over double on almost everything.

    thanks man... over head squats are one of the best full body movements you can do. it's great core strength and shoulder stability training

    as for burpees... are you talking about how many to do in a set or throughout an entire workout?

    Wasn't my best day, hasn't been my best week...diet has been off, been more focused on moving and working. Still in the gym as often as possible, just....hasn't been up to the intensity I want, most likely cuz my diet has been shit.

    I'm getting ready to try and start working out. Anyone have some useful tip for me? I have never really worked out. What are some of the supplements I should and shouldn't take?

    No supplements brother....just eat good food and start slow. Walk/jog for 10-15min as a warm up and do a few sets of each body part you feel like until you get comfortable.

    Chest, back, Legs, arms, etc....keep it simple and enjoy it! ;)

    Trolling? :rolleyes: What else is these other than whole foods and supplements? Eat REAL food like man was made to eat. Lean meat, veggies, fruit, nuts and some grains.....in that order!


    Depends on the goal.....I use them as a finisher after a strength workout (50 for time) or use them as a circuit in sets of 10. Prisoners (or so fitness websites have us believe) do a descending pyramid 20,19,18,17,16.....1 with little rest between each set!

    Everyone carries a different amount...I can drop 5lbs of water in a day or less...just know there IS a difference between water weight and actual body fat.
