Nice! My bench has never hit the 300lb mark.

I'm finally at the point where squats no longer cripple me for 3 days after a workout. Always a good hurdle to get over!

I don't usually do flat dumbell presses... Usually it's incline dumbell presses and I do 4-5 sets on 10-12 reps with the 65s or 70s. I don't have a workout partner and trying to lift the 70s into position for incline presses can be a bear on some days... simply because I do not curl 70lbs.

Yeah, I was just curious as my workouts have kept me from doing flat bench for about 3 months here... My dumbell presses are getting huge though, so I was just trying to get a bearing as to what I may be able to do once I finally get back on the bench.

Bet you have some sweet bruises just above your knees from legging those dumbbells into position!

I feel ya... What are you doing for flat dumbell presses? There are some calculators online to calculate your max bench...

As long as I don't smash the ipod in my shorts pocket - I've had a good day!

Well, my flat dumbell press is now up to 75lbs, 8 reps unassisted. It's pretty good for me being tall and skinny anyway.

I think I'm a weird case...I can put up 90lbs dumbells on flat for about 5x, but my bench is only 215 1x. I'm nearly putting up the same amount for both exercises, but my friends are telling me I should be benching MUCH more. I don't get it

Apparently they have a Calgary one for this year. I'm just looking into it right now. They just have to send me an email.

    FASTER DAMN IT!
