Much cheaper to join a gym than to buy a $1000 clothes hanger

Read just a few things in here just because. I was in insanely great shape most of my life until some bs life things happened. Gained a bunch of weight and drank like crazy. Then I got off my ass and decided to smash the gym to death last year. About to be 39 years old now ......... 6’2 211lbs 13% body fat now. No excuses and fck steroids. ;)

I eat over 6500 a day and get the first 3500-4000 in from 0800-1500 plus a gallon of water.... eating is basically a second job but 4k in 8 hours is doable.

Chicken, oats, beef, eggs, rice, and LOTS of peanut butter. Its not hard once you do it a few times. Having said that, I am also a large individual and one of my meals is probably twice the size of an average sized gym goer's.

IF isn't for everyone but its definitely easy and beneficial. I live for my fast day lol Its nice to take a break and not have to worry about eating for a day, plus it resets my digestive system and gets me in the mood to eat the next day. I eat essentially the same thing everyday, and I believe if I didn't have that fasting day I would get burned out on eating really quickly.

Also not eating past 7pm?? I am eating second dinner at that time, then about 830pm I down a full 4 scoop MRE with milk which is 900 cals. Makes me sleep like a baby.

After my comp Saturday I am starting a super strict recomp diet coming off this bulk. I want to stay around 300lb yet shed some bodyfat so when I bulk up for my summer comps I will be even leaner going in. Slight surplus on lift days, deficit on off days, and I will probably do two fasting days a week.

What I have enjoyed is eating nutrient dense foods like full fat cheese, whole eggs, ribeye, lamb, chicken thighs, veggies with bacon grease butter or oil etc.
Nuts are pretty much my fav food and I can eat quite a bit.

I know the feeling. Skinny dude who goes crazy hungry if I can't eat in 4-6 hours, depending on how much activity done in that time.

I prefer glass, but since I pack meals alot, I don't like carrying them, so a mix.
