So I have a question for yall. I have pretty much been on a bulking regimen forever and I am now to the point where I feel that I should cut for summer. How long can I expect it to reasonably take for me to drop about 6% of fat with the right diet/exercise? I would guess that im right around 12% right now. 6'2 217lbs.

Planet fitness is a really good gym IMO. I go to world gym only because there is no planet around my way.

On a different note I began taking a new for me preworkout. I take musle pharm assault blue raspberry. Taste ok, but it DESTROYS Noexplode. I felt crazy. My gym buddy said i had crazy eyes and I know I did far more weight and sets than i usually do. I did 8 sets of 8 reps on the leg press at 720lbs. Put 2 more plates on than normal like it was nothing

I got a question, do any of you experience any cracking or clicking noises while doing any specific workouts, if so what do you guys do about it ? Change workouts?

No just work around the pain, do excercises that don't strain. I have to do leg presses instead of squats etc. my meniscus isn't aligned correctly and I have cartilage on cartilage action going on

The first couple reps of DB shoulder press or smith machine seated shoulder press my right collar bone pops a few times, like knuckles popping. No pain and it doesn't do it again.

Hey guys I heard/felt a pop/tear in my knee... I'm scared. I feel some discomfort but no real pain.

I was training legs. And did a ton of warm up reps and some stretching. And went to pick up a dumbbell... And then it happened.

Anything to look out for? Signs/symptoms? Recommendations?

make sure you keep an eye on it, test to see how much motion you have in it; and if it gets swollen...and don't do any more heavy leg work

I sprained my knee last summer doing rotational situps; knee shit is like shoulder shit...if you tear it, it'll follow you- so watch it
