    Killer job. 2 notes though,

I was gonna ask about the girl walking next to you in the carries Because she got some legs on her, but then it looks like she’s your height.. So I’m out.

And I can’t get over the little tiny steps on the truck pull, I’m guessing you’re strongest in that little range of motion but it looks so funny. Lol

Bro that chick was huge lol about 6ft. She was super red neck, like even had a dip can in her back pocket lmao

That's just how you do a truck pull. If you take big steps you won't ever get momentum and you lose footing easier. It's all about short, quick, precise steps and staying low. It definitely looks funny though

I heard the same thing with the little steps on farmers carry and yoke as well. It’s like horsepower vs torque. You lose drive taking big steps.

I've sat about 10 times in all ranging from 30 minutes to 7 hours.

I coulda kept going after 7, but the ink wasn't taking well plus my artist's arm was sore AF. I'd have gone back the next day if it wasn't the same spot.

    Quads are fucking obliterated.

I’m gonna sign up for a strongman contest in April and hope I just don’t get last. 225lbs in each hand. The total turf length is 100’ so this is roughly 70ft there and 70 back.

Nice! I love having something to train for. It’s very fulfilling when you put in the work, then see what you’ve built on game day. Get to work!

Need more leg drive. Also after you clean it all the way up take a sec to make sure you footing is solid and you are stable, then take a big belly breath, dip and drive up to the push press. A belt and a grip shirt will help a whole lot.

Point your toes slighty out so when you dip your knees go outwards not forwards. That goes for log as well. Good way to practice is to stand with your back and heels against a wall. When you dip down you should be able to keep your upper back, heels, and butt against the wall the whole time. It trains you to be stable and not lean forward or backward on the dip, which will throw off balance.
