    Fucked up my schedule
    Phone broke at work yesterday and didn’t get it fixed till it was too late to workout. Kalle had a overhead planned yesterday, off today, and deadlift tomorrow so I went ahead and did overhead today. Those Z press’s are weird lol and he had me do 8 sets of 1 every minute on the minute with the axle press and Man... those axle presses felt a lot better today than last time I did em. Not excited about dead lifts tomorrow as I’ve been feeling weak at em lately but we gonna see

    I’m sure I will, I’m just not used to my quads burning but other muscles feeling untouched.


    This evening I did a tiny bit of core work and then alternated walking/jogging .15 on the treadmill, at about .5 my shin splints were very tangible, by 1.00 they had pretty much disappeared and then at 1.15 they kicked in again so I walked even slower and treated it as a cool down until 1.25 (treadmill distance, not watch distance).

    I think I did too light of a weight on them but it was my first time ever even hearing about them :laugh:

    Hell yea we can. I’ve got mediums and told you I’m thinking about going to smalls. I want some small SBD’s for comps and super heavy, my mediums don’t feel like they’re as tight as they should be... but I also still have lines from them on my calf and quad 3 hours after taking them off, so I may be wrong.
