i'd keep training, but at a slightly lower intensity and wouldn't do any direct core training or heavy weight/power lifting movements... see how that feels after a few days. obviously, if it gets worse, stop.

Im not jacked at all. I wouldnt hardly even consider myself in shape. I was/have been forever under the impression that my bf% was lower. After looking online at what different percentages look like, I think im more like 20% or maybe more. :0 Im now thinking that I need to get to about 12... 6% is bodybuilder shredded

Ill try to get pics soon, but theyll have to be mirror pics. My roommates would make fun of me for ages if I asked them to do it lol

Not quite... But definitely more lovin around the midsection than I'd like :p
Thank you sir. I am trying, but as we all know the process is slow and painful
Somehow I knew you'd approve. I have a week long ice fishing trip coming up here in a couple weeks and I need to be prepared
I am very tall and therefore pretty much all legs haha. I don't really have a whole lot of size there, but of course if I flex my quad I can see where the separation is... I swear I am the only one at my gym that ever works legs. I never ever have a problem getting on leg equipment no matter how busy the place is.

And I have been on a bulk due to a lot of frustration. I have been stuck in the 190s forever no matter what I did and so I decided to do something about it. I have been eating approx 500 cal over maint for the past year, some weeks/days being different than others. For reference, I was 185 at this time last year. This is the heaviest I have ever been. Though I have been much leaner before I feel that this is a better platform to build muscle from. Also, I am having jaw surgery in about a month which will keep me out of lifting as well as eating right for a solid month. They tell me I will likely lose at least 10 lbs, probably all muscle I'm afraid. I am trying to get my body to a place where I can cover that little event

Just keep the protein up on the "forced cut"....you're prob 15% as you have some definition in the abs. That's about where I am since killing it in the kitchen this holiday season.

Check out leangain.com or rippedbody.jp for a modified version of leangains. It's basically intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast and fasting 16hrs while eating 8 hours. While I normally eat 5-6 times a day, while cutting eating frequently sucks. 2-3 bigger meals while keeping calories low is much easier.

I'll post my results once I get things rolling.
