Thats why I been wearing safety glasses with those since day one with bands. After seeing that guys post, that confirmed the reason to wear them.

Might get free weights one day but for now im seeing some gains with these tubes.

I am not that lean, yet. Still trying to maintain my physique. In the last 3 weeks I've been able to reduce my waist another inch and maintain the same weight. Feeling great about it!

    What's your weight?

You sexy little hunks are making my fat ass want to be lean again.

Funny story, this picture popped up in my time hop from 10 years ago this week when I was in AF tech school. I was 209lb, lightest I have been in the past 10 years. All I did was push-ups, sit-ups, and 3 mile runs. Sometimes I miss that time but I was weak as fuck compared to now.

It's a line from a book my mother read me as a kid. She had this obsession with the Hebrew language and how it was written, so I had it done in Hebrew.

looks like a good plan to start with.

Spec'ing weight can be hard if you haven't done it recently, or ever really. Thats where stronglifts 5x5 helped me out. I started with the bar (45lbs) on most things but some other stuff it spec'd higher than the bar (not sure what calc it was using but DL & BB row weights were spec'd higher). Now I can specify the weight easier considering the number of sets and reps in other exercises. Maybe start with the recommended weights prescribed in stronglifts and go from there? Caveat: SL5x5 will not spec weight in curls or cable items, you will have to spec the weight for those as best you can based on your other numbers.

Having a coach is awesome tho whenever life is already pretty stressful and hectic. If I could afford a diet person too... man... you wouldn’t have to think for yourself like ever. Just do what they say and do the work. So easy lol

I would 100% do that if I could afford it lol. It’s expensive After both but the cost would be worth it IMO. I love not having to think or worry about what workout to do lol just check the app and bam good to go.
