    Modifications don't normally add any book value. You have to do them for your own benefit and enjoyment. ;)

    How long have you been doing that? I am thinking about starting 5g of creatine and 2-5g of beta alanine daily.

    Me too. 5g daily. I also do beta alanine almost daily. And citrulline malate seems to help a lot with DOMs, but idk how much of that effect is just me working out regularly, or whatever else. And I don't take this last one every workout. Only some times.

    I figured I’d read what Saladino had to say. My plan has been to go to the Carnivore when I decide to stop being fat for summer, so why not read more of the pros and cons and how to (supposedly) do it right?
