It was short lived. I ended up working in the office from like 7am - 12pm and then drove home for “lunch” and worked until 4 from home. Then I got a transfer to an office closer to my house. Then I got a transfer to work from home full time. Now I have a new, much better job but I’m back in an office. At least my pay is worth having to be in an office

Talking about the shirtless douche with no legs behind you ? People like that got mad jokes @ Gold's in HB ... big dudes would go ask 'em how they can get cut. Most the time the shirtless dorks are to stupid to realize they're being made fun of and start giving advice lol

It’s one of those gyms where shirtless is okay. I get it. But sitting on the equipment all sweaty and shit just seems nasty lol

Wow, this knee needs to heal so I can get back to my normal routine. I’m obviously not getting as much and its showing.


Actually clothing will harbor more germs. It drives me nuts to see people carry around towels and set it/rub down the equipment. From a public health perspective thats really unsanitary.
Always wipe down equipment before you use it.

I used to shrug 500lbs on a barbell 2-3x per week but that’s all for show and fuckery. Just get lean and deadlift a lot. Nobody cares if you’re fat with a big muscle group, just like nobody cares if a fat chick has big tits...

Or you can just eat fat stacks of pancakes like I did last night and get filthy pumps the next morning
