Economic impact will be short lived in the real of short vs long,, if you have spare $$$ the market is a great place to put it, you will likely do quite well. *do what you want its your moeny, but I have watched this happen before when I havent had spare $$$ and ive always kicked myself for not tossing more in, so I am going for it (not touching 1 year of emergency fund to do it though)

    This^^^^

I see people buying all this shit and we will see it again in landills shortly. Its what is making me the most mad about all this BS. The wastefulness that will follow.

Also I am fortunate as the gym I work out at has not "shut down" because its at my workplace and my employer has not shut it down and most are scared to go anyway. we will see but I will be in there today getting my pump on.

I'm not on a cycle right now, actually I am almost done with PCT and back to normal.

I barely did anything, and it was a very low first time testosterone dose just to feel my body out and see how I would react. I definitely felt better but not as amazing as some people say they feel when on like 600mg test or tren and an oral. I had zero side effects but I also had everything on hand to prevent them and followed my plan perfectly to avoid side effects. Not to mention I monitored my blood work the whole time to see what was happening.

Overall I liked it and I definitely see the perks of trt, especially having low levels myself. Sex drive was way up (morning wood like a damn 15 year old again lol), my mood was better, I wasn't as sluggish throughout the day, I felt more aggressive in the gym not in a roid rage way, but in a younger version of myself playing sports way.

Also, I didn't feel like I was super strong or making crazy gains, but I did feel like I was as strong as I should be with how hard I train, and I made around 15-20lb gains per lift. Off cycle I felt like I was fighting my low levels all the time and not making gains like someone with higher levels of test would be.

I haven't lost any strength but I have lost water weight, again though, I did a super thorough PCT and kept up my same diet and training intensity to keep from losing gains. Life isn't bad but it definitely revolves more around timing shots each week and lifting than anything else. Its kind of a pain to plan everything correctly and ensure you have all and enough accessory/support meds, but after you do it once it gets easier. In the future (as long as I don't start losing my hair) I will most likely get on trt and then blast during training prep and cruise on trt in the off season. That route just makes so much more sense for this sport and the way I train.

The main gym I lift at is a CrossFit gym. They have a nice free weight section in the back that no one uses and plenty of room for me to do strongman things.

I do not do CrossFit if that's what you are getting at.

Definitely lucky. My gym just officially closed it’s doors. Time to work on cardio I guess.

I do all my investing through 401k/436b and IRAs. I don’t have any non-retirement investments.
I just chose a good spread of mutual funds. Typically 4-5 types of funds per account to spread risk.

I don’t get into day trading, single stocks, or commodities like Cryptocurrency.

I keep it super simple. The key to building wealth is just invest consistently over your working lifetime. You can’t try to get rich in a day.

I keep considering getting a wealth manager/investment pro but all in all you pay them to do what you can do on your own.
Its all very intimidating but its simpler than you think.

If your work doesn’t have a 401k its easy to open an IRA and pick your own funds.

My PT is limiting patients to only those with serious acute injuries and post op patients. Surgeons have shut down all non emergent surgeries.

Damn if my surgery was canceled I’d be so mad. I feel bad for those folks.

Real talk tho... do we cut calories and just use this time to cut? How long do we think this will be? You can do body weight exercises but those wont need the surplus for gains as RPE8-9 sets. What’s everyone’s plans if you don’t have a way to lift weights?
