You either make do and keep going, or you don't.

    Choose wisely.

Mine is same as always cause my gym is open. If it closes I'll grab my log and steal a couple plates and workout on my porch lol

You aren't gonna lose all your gains in a few weeks as long as you keep nutrition in check.

Having a log would be sweettt. Log and a sandbag and some dumb bells and you’re set

Invest as much as you can into your retirement accounts.
If you are young I’d be doing as much Roth as you can. Let your money grow tax free for the future.
Especially now with restaurants closed and you aren’t out doing a whole lot. Make room in the budget and just throw extra cash in.
Depends how far your comp is and how unhappy you are with your current fat percentage.
If you want to cut, cut but then make it a goal to not cut for a year. Focus on mass gain or body fat loss. Yo yoing is going to sacrifice your results.

Recently me taking 3 months off really wasn’t an issue for my metabolism or mass until after month 2.
Even if you can be doing body weight you’ll maintain and probably will be ready to jump back in quickly. Hopefully these shenanigans don’t last longer than a month.

Do what you feel. I’d cut or eat at maint.

    I’m choosing to cut.

this is when it's cool to be motivated by aesthetics...gains stay if you keep your nutrition in check and do some bw/prison style workouts, but strength drops off pretty quickly if you're not moving heavy shit regularly. That said, it also comes back...

For me, this week will be a forced deload to let some nagging stuff heal and I often find a bit of growth in a deload week as well. then it's on to calorie restriction, bw stuff and....ugh....jogging. Man I hate jogging.

I'm gonna do cardio, maintain same calories (I'm in Maint mode anyway) and focus on stretching and gaining some flexibility back in my hips. My low back pain followed by my IT band issue isn't helping me. Good time to recover.

Also coming off orals and all pre-workout.

The other Maint drugs remain lol.

My gym is still open, but a ghost town. Yay. Smashing some rep PRs this week. It’s almost like I’ve been training for months for a meet or something.

So the YMCA in my county is still open...

And.. The owner of the CrossFit gym said I can borrow what ever I want. Taking all the 45lb steel plates and some heavy dumbbells since no one else uses them.

I finished putting everything together last night. Not a day too soon apparently as all of the gyms in my area are closed now.

My company is requiring all of us to work from home for at least the next 2 weeks. Wife is a teacher so she is home for the foreseeable future as well.

I have made a few early morning grocery runs over the last week to grab what I can. I am pretty set on food for maybe a month and a half if I had to be. I plan to keep hitting the store when they open once a week to keep my stockpile topped off in case they close their doors. Hello Fresh is also going to be a life saver as long as they keep running. I added some chicken and pork to my boxes so I have additional protein coming in.

Grocery stores aren’t closing. Don’t follow the sheep  buy what you need. Don’t hoard so others who actually don’t have stuff can’t get things they do need

Found me a cheap squat rack and bar too! Shit, looks like I should be able to at least do bench, squat, deadlifts, and log press. Won't be able to go too heavy on deadlift but I'll live.

Gonna grab a set of 95lb dumbbells and some resistance bands too.

I’m not hoarding 37 rolls of toilet paper. I’m also not buying 17 packs of chicken. I have enough non perishable food to make it the amount of time I mentioned if I have to/don’t want to get out and risk giving something to my grandparents. I’m just making a weekly run to keep eating decent/normal food for the time being.

There is no point to eating through my non perishable food now when I can go out once a week early at a pretty low risk.

I’m a member of 2 local gyms and one of them closed down as of today and no idea if or when the other will be closed as well. Luckily I built a full home gym to continue my progress because if I can’t workout, I’m not a person you want to be around. Got everything I need including air condition if needed.
