Log press and stuff today. Had to do it outside on the gravel cause the ceilings are too low. Also it was raining so that was fun... Still did it though.

Also had to do lat pulldown on the 1999 Bowflex lmao pretty sure it's about to break in half. I just hooked up all the "bows" and did reps until I felt a good burn. No idea what the weight was.

Deadlifts tomorrow, hopefully I don't break the basement floor :p

I did deadlifts in my garage the other day. I was controlling the descent cause I didn't want to wake the neighbors lol.

Little tear somewhere in the area where the quad and adductor meet on the inner side of my thigh on a warmup deadlift. Pretty sore still, but getting better.

My small gym is still open, but we are restricted to essential travel only and the gym isn't "essential" according to the restrictions... Like I want to be the one who follows this shit, but... the gym... lol

This is important here. Just get a good starter program and get to lifting. Start with a good home workout for now. Get to a gym when they open.

As to food. You don't need 4k cals to gain. You will get more fat than muscle on that. It is bulk tho, so up to you...

To start with, just eat more. Whatever you're eating now, eat more of it. And specifically go for more protein.

My county is expected to announce a shelter in place policy in a few minutes. Had a good run going with my gym set up at @tacopaulo 's house. I'm going to go there this afternoon and get my concept rower and then hit my storage unit to grab the few KBs I left behind along with a couple risers and steps I have. I'll have a very minimalist set-up here at my in-laws but it will be better than nothing. I'm also going to grab my bike as well. Not really sure I understand this 'shelter in place' thing if I am still allowed to go outside and ride a bike or walk but I can't drive somewhere :notsure: Wouldn't I be less exposed to people in the safety of my vehicle?

Just tell the cops you are going to check on your high risk weak friend if you get stopped LOL.

As long as you practice social distancing you still can go outside.

Whats funny is they do these shelter in place orders while in the same breath say police won’t be pulling people over for non-severe infractions.
    :notsure:
They should just not say the second part lol
