I also am finally off all the AI so my estrogen levels are back to normal (off cycle are a tad high) I think that's causing a little water retention. I can't wait to cycle again lol I forgot how awful it feels being me with test levels at 250-300... My lady friend is pissed cause I'm not a horn dog anymore

I take a Claritin nightly and if I’m feeling any symptoms I add a Benadryl at night as well.
It pretty much takes care of my allergies. I normally would have symptoms year round if I didn’t take something.

 

I need to. It doesn’t look hard to build a “cable” system. Throw some 2Xs up and some pulleys, I bolt down into a pieced up log...

What’s new?

I’ve been moving and working on the new place for a week. Zero exercise. Diet was all over the place. Weird times. Finally back in some sort of a groove. Food prep is done. Got a good squat in today. I was weak as water, but that was to be expected, given the circumstances.

 

Y’all solve a mystery for me. I saw a coworker peeling a kiwi the other day. I had never heard of or seen anyone peel a kiwi. I eat the skin always.

Losing weight and still hitting PRs so I'm doing good. Plan is to cut all the way down to 270-275lb which would put me around 15% BF and ready to bulk for Nationals in October

I’ve been moving and working on my house the last week too. Haven’t lifted since Friday, but about to go get a good upper body pump right now. Won’t be able to get back to my house until this weekend. They are refinishing the floors and stain starts today.

I think I peel them but I’d eat it either way

 

Nutrients are good, but I’m just too last to peel that tiny little thing. Haha

No those aren't as fuzzy. Kiwi skin is like dog balls. Go look at a kiwi then look at your dog's balls and tell me they aren't the same.

 

My dog lost his balls in a traumatic vet experience last year.

 

My Dane has his and they are about the size of a kiwi lmao
