People are wigging about the economy hit from all this... and honestly it really is only slamming certain industries.

I was waiting for my stimulus check to order a pergola kit, whole site fucking sold out two weeks ago. They are accepting preorders now so I put in an order for one that hopefully comes in, in 4 weeks.

Everybody and their brothers sisters and mothers are doing home projects and building home gyms right now.


@weldertaco is getting steel an issue during these times?

GMG, Rec Tec (I think it’s called). If you get a traeger you have to get one of their bigger ones. The small ones lack QC BIG time.

 

Well... my girlfriend ruined my bench doing hip thrusts. It’s a cheap-ish one but the material was all just stapled on apparently. The lining is now all coming off though. Gonna have to be ghetto and duct tape it up until she buys me a new one

 

Mine is a 575 pro. It’s a smaller one but haven’t had any issues thus far. Seems solid.

With all the venders on TW it is about time to shift truck bumper jigs and plasma cutters to make racks, benches, and pull up bars.
