If you’d quit being so damn strong you could keep training and stop breaking bars.

I’m really missing the gym. This is week 4 for me doing P90X. The excessive body weight work is bothering my joints a bit.

I miss big boy weights :(

After almost 2 full weeks of being gone from 07:00-22:00 almost daily I finally got to rest on Sunday and Monday I did a 20 minute body weight workout and then last night I did the Hard Corps warmup and 10 minutes of the hard corps cardio and then went and did about 40 minutes of Cize.
Feels good to be active and not just working.

Schedule has been fucked this week so I haven't lifted at all... But I get to try out my new deadlift bar tomorrow for a heavy(ish) amrap.

Also, I have a dexa scan scheduled tomorrow. I'm excited to see where I'm at currently.

Deadlift day at the gym. First time lifting over 305 since the gym shut down. Pulled a slow as shit 435. Didn’t get the quakes, but it was slow enough to make me not try any heavier. I’ll take it, i guess.

So I’m a lazy mother fucker. When I eat I want to do it in as few meals as possible and with dirtying up as few dishes as possible. i like all my food in one convenient pile and plate. Cassaroles are my love language.

I’ve had this burning desire to mix scrambled eggs and cottage cheese, not sure why but I have.

mixed 6 whole eggs w/ 1.5 cups of cottage cheese and cooked it up.

-10 out of 10 I do not recommend.
If you too have had this desire just skip it.
