I feel ya. It’s hot as shit here today. Working out in the garage does not sound enticing in the slightest. Might go ride the Harley instead

Got to use the rogue bar at the gym yesterday. So much better than my stiff bar at home.

Forgot the deadlift bar ripped the skin off my hand yesterday. Put some hand sanitizer on today. Then I screamed.

So pretty much week 1 of my epic return is about done. Feelin really good.

Ran a total of about 7 miles this week. I’m doing 400m repeats every other day at marathon pace. Add a repeat per workout.

I will have rucked 20 miles this week by Saturday. Which is actually a shitty slacker week for me.

I have 7 weeks to be running 30+ miles a week then my training program starts.

Dead’s and back today and had 470 for amrap, ended up with 10. Also, since I haven’t had my buddy lifting with me due to covid, I’ve realized loading plates alone blows. Went to order Titans full bar jack and it’s backordered till June.

Virginia governor is trash. I miss Texas already. He said gyms won’t be allowed to open till phase 2 of this shit and we aren’t even in phase 1 yet....
