    I just throw a 2.5 or a 5 under the plate closest to the bar. Don’t have to buy anything and makes it 100 times easier



    Squat rack will be here Thursday, supposedly. Finally came back In stock last night on Amazon. There were 2 available when I checked and when I was done, they were sold out. The gym here is only open 3 days a week right now and only 8-8, so it’ll come in handy. Talked to the owner tonight and he said next week they’re opening at 6 am, the following week they’re staying open til 10 pm, and the following week they’re going to try to be open mon-fri. So, we’re getting closer.

    I’ve obviously lost mass sitting on my ass prior to this, no way around that but I’m not gaining body fat despite not being as active.

    I think thats made it harder to get motivated.

    I just look for every excuse not to workout most days.

    I just do not want to workout at home.
