People warned me excessively before shoulder surgery. Said that was going to be the mist miserable 6 months of my life. It was seriously not that bad.
The knee was a different game. I’d rather do a shoulder again.

I feel pretty fortunate with my piriformis. I got some sciatica but not a lot. I mostly just felt my left leg was sitting in ice water. For some it can get pretty debilitating.

In all honesty, 6% is difficult. The old guy IDR his name, absolutely has. Maybe yodaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaboii or w/e too.

Here is a photo, and Leno I want you to guess my BF%. I will say it may be difficult since I am not shirtless, but, guess.

Nah, I packed on a little tummy during this Shelter In Place BS. It’s like, now I can’t eat 2 cowboy cheeseburgers for lunch and have a beer on the weekends without it catching up to me. I can’t wait to get back on track.... I’m getting “Skinny Fat”. o_O

Just messing with you, you’ll do just fine here. I’m cutting from 231 down to 210-15. Sitting at 225 after a month and a half so far.

I’m finding this out as well, recovering from MCL/ACL/meniscus surgery.

lots of side to side band walks, kick backs, and one legged dumbbell deadlifts. I have NEVER worked these areas on my body before and the first week hurt like hell. My PT said to get used to it because I have to keep my core and glutes strong if I want to keep my knee from going again. I’m crazy active and my job requires me to be that way

then decided strongman stuff and bulk up to
    195 before covid

    208 during this shit

    currently back to 200 thankfully.

the eating thing is what sucks for sure. You definitely can eat more while working out and that’s honestly the greatest perk to being a gym rat

More of a powerlifting focus. Power building is the term I see thrown around a lot. I’m law enforcement so I need to keep up cardio and endurance as well.

I’d assume they’re also made in Japan to a higher degree than NA builds. Not sure where frames are all sourced from but fit and finish is much higher on Japan made Toyota models compared to NA. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a TR4 or LC frame issue, certainly not in a trend a la Tacoma.
