Lulz I ain't lost shit, bitches. Loaned some plates and have been hitting it this whole quarantine.

Have also been on low cals and no test until a week ago and still hitting high numbers. Suckerssssss.

For real tho, if you have real muscle mass and good gains, a month off won't kill you. Give it a couple weeks, with proper diet you'll be back.

If I take a week off, I notice it, and I don’t lift heavy. Just start back slow and light so you don’t injure something you’ll need later.

Got in a 2.5 mile run this morning. My leg hasn’t fallen off yet so far so good.

Tomorrow is chest and back day with my new weight bench

Got the rack put together Friday evening. Got the basement rearranged this morning, then go the TV hung this evening. Someone is giving us a Nordic trac elliptical. I haven’t see it yet. Might be shit. She says it’s nice, whatever. This is the current iteration of the gym.

Is the pvc pipe in the concrete your gyms version of king arthurs sword? Only those with thy pump and the stremfs who are pure can pull it out?

On a more serious note, very nice setup. Looking sweet!

I think that's his pee hole so he doesn't have to go upstairs to use the potty.

My blender bottle (Gainz Cup) is like the hammer of Thor.

Only I can pick it up.

It’s actually plumbed for a bathroom. I planned on finishing the basement one day so I had them plumb a bathroom so I didn’t have to pay more money in the future. Didn’t plan on having a gym there, but that’s the only place it works, so I had to work around a couple of pipes.

And I don’t go upstairs to pee, I just walk out the basement door and pee in the yard. The girlfriend, on the other hand, has a bladder the size of a damn peanut and has to go upstairs to pee 2-3 times every workout :notsure:

Anyone here into stomach vacuuming? For the longest time I had been wanting to get into a routine of doing them but would either forget or just not want to do them when the time came. Well 6 weeks ago I found the perfect time to do them, in the car on my way home from work, about a 30 min drive I can get about 10 sets in. Already noticing some gains! In another few weeks I'll post a pic, it looks a little freaky lol

I play around with poses sometimes (all the time) and that’s one of the more difficult ones. Now that I’m fairly lean I can do it but I by no means practice it or do sets of them lol. If you can get good at getting all the air out of your body it’s easier to do. Really focuses on the ballerina waist

Yeah it takes practice to just be able to do it properly. Right, blow out all air while sucking belly button to spine and hold. I can start to get the abs to suck up under the rib cage now. first couple sets I can hold for 60-70 seconds. It's more than just a pose, strengthening the inner core helps protect the organs and holding the breath helps the lungs. I also play around with the Wim Hof breathing technique which helps holding my breath and abs

I told her I might as well go ahead and put the toilet in and at least wall off the bathroom

My gf made a similar joke, vacuuming crumbs off my shirt and my stomach being a vacuum sucking up all the snacks lol. Both are true lol

Finished breaking down and moving the home gym to the new place yesterday. First priority is getting it back up asap!!20171113_204702.jpg 20171104_143136.jpg 20180624_102001.jpg 20200503_132449.jpg
