    Maybe Valor fitness?

brand doesn’t matter. Just give it to @Travish325

if he bends it, it’s a piece of shit. If not, you aren’t strong enough to worry about it :notsure:

Just guarantee me that using a duffalo bar will not get me a Ruffalo body:

I'll take it but unfortunately, that Ruffalo body easily exceeds the psi tensile strength of the bar in question. Who am I kidding? Most covid stay at home sheltered bodies are morphed towards the Bruce Banner body anyways. I should just be content to score a free bar and just lift. I'll see my way out.

Post it up on the subreddit homegym. They might be able to help identify it.

I think I might have scored a york bar. The dimensions, split sleeves, and knurl are very similar to the york olympic bar. It seems that the split sleeves are only found on York bars. I am unable to take apart the sleeves due to the end cap pin design to clean or oil them so I will resubmerge them in vinegar/CLR mix for good measure and then try submerging the sleeves in food grade mineral oil to really oil the sleeves that 3-n-1 oil can't really get to :

If it’s only 36lbs, you scored yourself a nice ladies bar:boink:

The gyms finally opened up today. Our big gym opens tomorrow. We had to book our time slot for that gym though. Did back and one set of biceps. My bicep tendon insert to my shoulder is weak so rather than damage it I just did a small set to help build it back up. Back felt ok.... I am very weak, stamina is down majorly. Shaking after a few sets LOL

So... I am currently all wired up for my sleep study tonight. This fucking sucks. Got sensors all over my face and head, I can barely move. Idk how I'm gonna get any sleep.
