I disagree. Everyone responds differently. For example, I do well with refeeds that are high carb, mod pro, and low fat (obviously fat slows digestion and that's the opposite of the point of a refeed)

Saying that is theist effective split is wrong. Some may respond to mod carb, high fats, and mod protein.

well that's the purpose of refeed is to load up on carbs. but your best source of calories is still protein because your body burns calories while digesting it, carb help with feeding the muscle and fat keeps the body in balance. but if you are a endomorph and you do hi carb low protein, you'll bloat up. SupraTT sounds like a mesomorph to me so the best split for him will be 40/40/20, there are more endomorph and mesomorph than ectomorph, other wise we all be skinny and can eat whatever we want.

Try 8 sets of max reps in 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds....

Or try 10x10 with a 10 second rest between sets.

Or superset curls with reverse curls for 10 sets of 6.

I do eat clean, Usually once a day a week I have a pizza, but I am skinny as fuck and during the time I eat the pizza I burn the calories off anyway

But really mostly everything is clean: banana, pb, fish, eggs, oatmeal, beef, chicken, salad, rice, lots of milk, granola bars, protein bars..

I like the occasionally gold fish and wheat things and cheese its though :D

I passed a kidney stone at the age of 11... It was 4mm is diameter. During the time it was traveling from the kidney to the bladder was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. It was a large stone for anyone the doctors said...

I sat there in bed for days while it tried to pass in pain, they had given me Vicodin and other pain killer but that shit did nothing. I finally passed it and didn't even know after like 4 days. Thank god haha

No vitamins or anything? Or just shit like carbonx and pre-workout
