    I saw the SBD thing but you had to have bought a metal product within the past year. Bought my belt in 2018 :censored:

    I took some 60 grit sandpaper to it today and cleared all the logos off so it will due me for now without showing them any support. If I decide I’m going to compete again I’ll worry about getting a new belt then..

    Let’s be honest, none of us would be worried about looking good naked if we were hung.

    Ron Jeremy for instance...

    Like, so many.
    Just got back in my gym last night. I've been doing what I can in my garage, but I feel skinny and weak as a malnourished toddler. Back to the grind.

    Dude. Every day at the gym is almost depressing now. I was the strongest I’ve ever been right when covid hit. Feels like all my progress is gone now as everything is fucking heavy.

    Easy 4 mile run today for me.

    I have still been dealing with diaphragm/abdominal pain from my viral infection last year in Dec.
    Was told to go to a top sports physician in the area. Found out I actually tore muscles in my abdomen from coughing. WTF?

    Starting PT for that. Its probably going to be a blessing in disguise because its going to help me focus on my core more.

    I can still lift and run without pain which is great. Laying down and turning in bed hurts like hell but I have no excuses to not do my other shit.

    @weldertaco Hang in there bud....
    Find a way to rediscover your motivation and get back on track. I had to do it after the gym I go to closed due to Covid-19 and I had a hard time finding time to lift with the Very limited equipment I have at home. If you can find where the spark inside is hiding, the fire will come back and you can come back even stronger & more motivated. If I can do it...so can you. :thumbsup:
