    They shoot you with a flamethrower then as your charred body cools they stick cups on you. The cooling creates a vacuum so the cups suction tighter.

    For the first 3ish months my range of motion was limited per doctors orders. After that I was limited to weight restrictions until I got the green light to do whatever I want. It’s been over a year. The issue now is mostly mental and it comes through in squats the most (which is why I record them) where I favor my side that didn’t have the surgery which has now caused an imbalance and I have pains in that side. Different pain, so I don’t think I also need surgery in that side but still something I’m trying to correct. The surgically repaired sign is good to go but does get sore. This (I’ve been told) is normal and will be that way for a while
