Oh, here we go again. The "squirrels" you had last time were clearly armadillos. You can tell by their nimbleness

Got the new gym up and situated a couple weeks ago, just got around to taking picks. I love the higher ceiling, opens up a lot more exercise options, the old house had like 7ft ceiling lol. Even had space to mount a TV and make a little chill spot for myself lol. Just need a new heavy bag stand

Current blood work on 200mg/wk. Would like higher free but my last test was 309 total and 17 free... So I'll take it.

Lipid panel was damn near perfect, minus my HDL which is just a tad low. Hematocrit is at 54.2 so I'll probably need to start donating blood soon :(

Thanks bro!! It's been about 4yrs since I've been in a gym, idk if I'll ever go back lol

Yeah man it is!! One of the best investments I've ever made, only 1200$ from home depot. The health benefits from consistent use are great!!

I have a town house with no room. Luckily we do have one in the main pools bathrooms/showers though and no one ever uses. Think me and my girlfriend are the only ones who ever go in lol

It's completely different. Working out in the heat like that is awful. You just sit in a sauna. I'll usually stretch in there too. Good health benefits for consistent use... not that I'm consistent with anything

Wouldn’t work. It’s a detached garage and it’s shared with 5 other garages. The walls don’t go all the way to the top

    What magic health benefits?

I’m aiming to train for the Silver Rush 50 in Leadville. The course goes between 10,200ft and 12,800ft 4 times.
When you live at sea level and can’t train at altitude for a race like that they encourage crossclimitization by training in the heat and preferably slightly dehydrated (but don’t take that to a stupid level). The adaptions to heat are similar to that at altitude.

So working out in the heat can be good

I know how much you love research, so I'll let you find your medical studies on the benefits of daily sauna use ;)
