Full time, medical and dental claims adjuster. I did 8 years on phones (4 each in member and provider service), currently 12 years in my area. Even when in the office I just strap on the headphones, cue up the music file on my laptop (downloaded a bunch of my CDs years ago) or Youtube and do my work..minimal people interaction.

We work from home once a month, which I like but wasn't sure if it was for me. I'm considering asking to remain on it. I leave the house several times a week for other stuff like meetings and league anyway. Now I have 5 more hours a week that I can do something besides drive to/from the office.

Part time, www.mmdl.org is my gig. Been doing that for 11 years now. Other than board meetings and events I do all my stuff from home.

Rarely do I want to use the phone if I'm not driving to speak but occasionally it is better for my second job

I'd love to have your summer heat and granted I'm on a different side of the profession but IDK if I could see SPHC being ideal here, there's already problems with it in the Great White North.

That could happen sure. One pitfall of doing it here no matter what would be certain benefits being allowed that are currently in disagreement between the Big 2 parties, such as birth control or abortion. Not trying to get political but that could be an issue. I've heard some of the real from my mom's side of the family in Canada as well.

    Nope. PMing

Thats is a very valid point. Parties can’t agree on anything these days let alone those issues. Womens health issues would suffer even more than they already do.

You can have my hot summers by the way. I want your snow.
Had my first 90 degree run last week, fuck this heat.

I want to live in a place where I can be outside year round. Like lakes all summer and then winter sports.
Although being accident prone not sure I really should take up skiing but I’d like to.

My wife likes skiing, though I think she might be done with it for the near future at least. Never been skiing and never will myself

Lived in CO for ten years never went which I think may be a crime. Going to Ouray, Leadville, abd Breckenridge over the summer for hiking/trail running though in Sept. Snowshoeing looks fun

Been in MA my whole life and never gone..there's plenty of places an hour or 2 drive but just never was into the idea. I'd have considered snowboarding perhaps, only b/c I used to skateboard

Am track workout which was basically a .5 mile warmup and 6x400 at 1:30 lap and a 1:30 walk. Convinced my lifting buddy to come and I’ve determined he’s mentally weak when I comes to actually pushing yourself.

I have problems pushing myself. Which some people think is odd a out a long distance runner.
Thats why I do long distances though, I don’t have to go fast LOL.

    Tough interval training is hard.

Yea he just goes “for a run” which is like two miles at a steady pace. Intervals are a pretty hard gut check.

I find that I have to throw a few interval rounds into my running otherwise my stride degrades and my avg times go up.

Spread 10 cu yd of mulch this morning from 8-11. Giving my wife a short reprieve of baby duty so she could go to target and when she gets back I’ve got deadlifts on tap :bananadead:
