I am not doing anything that causes pain.

I have shitty facet joints in my lower back from time in the military.... That mixed with years of underdeveloped back muscles and limited thoracic mobility put all the load on my lower spine causing my issues now.

As long as I'm not compressing or arching my lower back I don't have any pain at all. So deadlifts and squats are still good.

You also have to take into consideration the amount of editing and lighting these whores have time for before they post shit on the internet.

@TXTaco13 and @PackCon are cut from the same cloth...some knowledge but very skewed... Holla

@weldertaco you'll never progress being on the jock of unattainable bros in magazines. It'll discourage you not encourage you. Set attainable goals bud...

    Be well:)

 they’re not goals for me at all. I’m just amazed at what the human body can become. Doesn’t even look human anymore at those points. Tbh, we have been on 12 hour days at work for a while now and pregnant wife at home has made gym life difficult. Work and family comes first always.

As a husband and dad of 2 who worked during the day and school at night I still made it to the gym... Where there is a will there's a way...

There is. But I enjoy time with my wife and I’m not running on 3-4 hours of sleep again like I used to.

Wake up at 3:30. Walk dogs. Make breakfast. Drive to work. 5am start work. Get off 5:30. Home by 6pm. Walk dogs. Eat dinner. Hang with wife for hour or so. Sleep around 9pm and repeat. I could give up wife and dinner time for gym or give up sleep but balance is life and I’m not Martin Licis or Brandon Curry. So this is fine for now until life smooths out.

Have prong(spike) collar but dog is used to being in the country with a yard to run in. First time living in an apartment and having to be walked on a leash lol thankfully we are looking into moving to rent houses with yards next year and won’t have this issue anymore lol.

Ditch the collar and just train the dog properly.
