    It's very hard to agree on what people believe is "natural" Some people believe HGH and testosterone are natural (while, yes, they are...) Their meaning of "not taking anything" or "natural" TO THEM, could be "accurate" however, that can easily fool the gen pop.

    I feel he is very similar to that hunter guy we talked about a year ago. IDR his name. I believe Nick takes TRT and HGH. I will absolutely not agree he is producing everything on his own, without some form of supplement.

    I've studied this game a long fucking time, experimented myself as well. The fitness industry is one of, if not THEE, most deceiving lines of business.

    Cam Hanes to me is enhanced at his age doing all he does. I mean I got up this am ran 7 miles then hit the gym. I feel like his 10-15 miles a day plus lifting is doable... but I’m 29 not pushin 60...
    I think its still a tough balance...

    I can see how Nick Bare gained and lost mass as fast as he did that theres a good possibility he uses.
    Him using right now? Meh. He’s lost quite a bit of mass to BQ (but still looks pretty great to me) and looks pretty natty right now to me.

    But like @Supra TT said some peoples definition of natural is pretty fluid.

    I’ll back up a minute.

    If you run primarily at your aerobic threshold or below you can run a shit ton and it doesn’t interfere much with your recovery. So theoretically if someone gets to the point where they can bang out runs 7-8 minute pace at Zone 1 or 2 HR then they could do a shit ton of running without too much negative consequence to their lifting.

    But when Cam Hanes posts videos of his runs... he aint in Zone 2. So he either plays for the camera or something else.

    Fun fact: if someone is making money off their body image and/or physical performance online you can be sure of the following.

    - they aren't natural
    - they use Photoshop/filters/lighting
    - they only post the good
    - 90% of the time their heavy lifts done at home/gym are fake
    - they "influence" you to believe you're life is boring and shitty while telling you you have the same ability to be like them if you just work hard and buy their cookie cutter strength/fat loss/cardio/bulk programs.
