    Hahah yeah probably. I used to do 6 days a week 2 hours at a time. Couple years ago I switched to 3-4 days 1hr 15min and my strength went up. My testosterone went up too. I get it though, because I loved putting my headphones in and smashing weights every day. Was really hard to change the mentality. But dude unless you're juicing I don't think it's necessary though. Now I do other shit with the spare time- bike ride with GF, walk with my mom, go grill by the beach and swim enjoying life and shit

    Raises I could understand. Face pulls are definitely a pull though.

    And I am doing an hour of HIIT and agility work 2-3x a week. I would still be "working out" 6 days a week but only 4 days of lifting, taking the cardio/agility days off.

    Ain't nobody got time for PT @PackCon.

    Wanna vent about unsupportive assholes. Is it jealousy or are they really just fucking stupid?

    I’m keeping my fingers crossed a 50k goes in Oct and a 50M in Dec goes so I can get some practice in. Fucker has to tell me “don’t be stupid you just had surgery”

    Fuck all you people who think I’m broken.

    My ortho surgeon told me to send him a finish photo.

    Don’t be jealous your fat ass can’t run across the house.

    I feel better now :)

    Oh and BTW I just squatted 115 for reps! :benchpress:

    And DL 145 for reps too.

    And damn proud of my puney numbers :)

    Hi everyone. I wanna start working out and this thread has given some great motivation! I went ahead and bought a workout machine thingy and started lifting yesterday. Can y’all give me some tips on how to get lean? (Routine, diet, etc)

    Lift heavy and eat only when you are hungry.

    Only eat when you’re hungry, and only 14g of protein a day. Also fast for 73 hours every 2 days and only work out twice a week for an hour max.

    I read on another website and it said to eat 1gram of protein per pound. So I think you are messing with me.

    @ThunderCookies

    My lifts today were so much better. I lost 1lb since the weekend and kinda splured on food on Sunday. And added 200cals/ day since Friday.

    Something was obviously off in my calculations. We’ll see what happens moving forward.
