Here is a motivational news story: https://apple.news/A3bHf8CWgTOC2QgVKZsexuA

If this guy can achieve this...we all can do what’s needed to achieve our own goals. I’m proud of that guy and don’t even know him.

Bear with me as I answer on my phone while not eating fat as I type this...

The fitness industry has shamed the "fat" word, however, anyone who shamed that word is no fool. They specifically might be stupid, but their coaches aren't (usually). They achieved the physique how anyone else does who is famous, through deception.

Fat is essential, you're not wrong. For me, I eat about 20-30% fat, depending on my stages of physique. (high end when bulking). The issue with fat is that it's 2.2x more calorie expensive. Thus creating a difficult time to 'feel full' on a budget.

I eat 2800 calories a day (cutting - lowest I've ever been) in a long time. I eat 8 cups of rice a day, 4 eggs, 20 oz chicken, and 14 oz beef. It sounds like alot of food... It is not. I am hungry between every fucking meal, all 6 meals.

If I added more fat, I'd be eating even LESS food. Fat is the easiest thing to cut out due to its lack of density per calorie. It's simply easy to get rid off. Most of the time good fats people eat too, are peanut butter, nuts, avacado, dairy. These are not as easy to measure and people get lazy and just guess how much they eat... Recipe for failure.

I time my fats when I need them. My fats are every every other meal. I do typically have a difficult time eating fats in excessive too, usually my max is 120g.

Just my 2 cents. I do alot of studying and I dig deep into alot of the top people (tho I only know a fraction of their life) and it's through a social platform... So take it with a grain of salt.

I am no pro, but I eat like one and do drugs like one, I just truly don't have the genetics of one, and I didn't lift at 12 and start drugs at 16-18, rather than I started lifting at 22 and drugs at 26. Some top pros didn't start drugs until later, but they are freaks (Ronnie, Phil).
