Maybe you would like Glamping? With a yeti, you can keep your rosé cool whilst you sip it in your yurt recounting the day's exploits. Like Hemingway.

I always lost weight hunting, no way to eat enough to keep up with all the walking/hiking.

On an more gym focussed note, I believe I have developed a lactose issue. So I need to switch protein powder away from milk based ones. Anyone have any they recommend?

What makes you think it's a lack toast issue? What kind of protein are you using now?

Well the shitty symptoms which seem disappear when I am not taking it, but you are right, I've not been tested. I am using PVL Iso Gold primarily because of the Lactase in it as I thought it would help. I was wrong...first few weeks were fine and now I'm back to the same pain and discomfort.

Have you tried a hydrolyzed whey? Helps me with those issue and I am confirmed lactose intolerant. If I take any type of non-hydrolyzed whey I get bloated and bad shits.

Not yet...I'll give it a shot. You have a brand you like? Enter TRAVISH325 for a 10% discount?

But yeah man, that's how I am living right now and it is fucking terrible. Went all the way away while I was on vacation last week, one shake yesterday afternoon and I have been in my second office all day.

    I use Dymatize ISO100.

Also mega dose psyllium husk at night. Especially if you eat anything that may trigger lactose issues.

First of all, I own a Grizzly. Yeti makes great cups but over priced China made coolers.

Secondly, I don’t glamp. I’m still above that.

I will never understand why people work hard earn money and vacation time, then say to themselves “you know what would be nice and relaxing? To go out in the woods and pretend I’m homeless”

I use Arbonne’s vegan protein powder. Not exactly high protein (17g) but it doesn’t taste like shit and it has a bunch of good micros in it.
    I haven’t found another powder I like.

    Its also soy free.

I'm having an "I don't want to do jack shit" week so far.

Got up yesterday morning and decided to not run but do house work instead. Then I skipped going to the gym in the PM so I could clean the house (I'm repainting our kitchen cabinets so it's a dust nightmare). This morning I ran 5.5 miles instead of 7. Now I'm fantasizing about skipping the gym again this afternoon and rebuild a cabinet and install a microwave instead.

    I'm wanting a recovery week ya'll.

So anyone on trt ? Just got results back and Doc said all blood work was fine (telehealth) but Test levels low @ around 300 and they want Levels to be closer to 900 for my age 42 and activity level of high with weight lifting and running. The options are gel, shot and implant pellets being the most $$. Going with the shots. Nurse said they will show how/where to inject in thigh and should be once a week ... I asked wouldn't it be better to divide dose and go 2x week. No they want once and then re check levels and go from there. Good news is insurance covers it, and no guess work or testing needed to make sure legit source. Also didn't want to go thru one of those test health clinics for men like a few guys I work with (in their 20's) use. It's basically a club you join @100 a month to write you a script. Seems hard to find a good knowledgeable Dr. so I searched for a urologist that specializes in dealing with Test levels. Did not like the prostrate rub during the initial exam though:duh:
