    There are many that will never see 40 let alone 46. We are fortunate. ..or maybe we're not ... the next level might be awesomeness we can't even imagine.

    7 mile run this morning at marathon pace (8:35). Feelin pretty good. :)

    @Lurkin
    Average HR this run was 159. My MAF HR is 151. Marathon pace should be slightly over aerobic threshold so that works out about right (if anything maybe I could turn it up a tad).
    I have shaved 2 minutes per mile off my easy pace with this method though.

    this thread has been exciting, rawr, today.

    I am on my bodyweight plan 3x/week. It feels good and I am glad I am back at it, but I miss the iron for sure.

    I also want to find a decent power tower that doesnt cost me an arm and a leg.

    Don't you usually pay for the "rogue jammer" down at the nearest park bathroom?

    Weigh has been slowly coming down. 7 weeks until the wedding and I need to maintain my size maybe drop a few pounds a fat and replace with muscle in that time. I am adjusting my diet for the next 7 weeks, the current one I've been too hungry on.

    Eating all those carbs (as we talked in the past weeks) is a killer and drives my hunger up. I've also been sub 50g fats for about 1 month. Time to flip flop that numbers.

    New diet is going to consist of sub 125g carb. Aiming for 100-115g fat and protein probably around 225g.

    Main source of protein will be beef (grass fed top sirloin and grass fed 90/10% ground beef) (maybe 15/85 depending on my numbers) and chicken. Still debating wild caught salmon (I don't do well with salmon, not a fan of it as much as white fish). I know salmon is king though.

    Main fats will be eggs, beef, and cashews.

    Carbs still come from 1 cup of rice preworkout and 25g carbs intra workout. I also consume a bowl of oatmeal in the morning.

    Weight is around 205 right now. Feeling good and leaning out well, just need to stop my cravings being this high.

    Supplements right now:
    150mg test, 200mg primo, 150mg masteron weekly.
    60mcg clen, 10mg nolva, 50mcg T3, 3iu hgh, 5mg cialis taken daily.

    In 2 weeks I'll be on 60mg winny and up my masteron to 200mg. I'll run 60mg winny for 3 weeks and for the final 2 weeks before wedding 100mg daily to finalize hardening.
