Having an addition to the family keeps you busy. I’m sure he’ll pop in eventually. It’s unbelievable how he stays in shape the way he does. Hat’s off to him for his dedication

 

I heard his shape is a lot more round now...

 

Is it just me or does everyone else here agree that not re-racking weights properly on the right racks should be an offense punishable by losing fingers?

I mean I would start by taking the pinky finger, I'm not a complete barbarian.

I feel the same way towards littering.

I’ve been to a couple gyms that have signs up saying your membership will be revoked if caught not reracking

Nah, that’s just burning the candle at both ends. If you’re super Type A then you can possibly. However, other aspects of you’re life will take a back seat. Family first

Thanks man. Family thinks Ive lost it with my home gym and should work more. I'd rather workout by myself listening to podcasts and blaring music. Cool to meet like minded dudes. Nobody really lifts in this little mountain town. Screw anytime fitness. Gyms full of Poser's here.
