True. It's a Costco sauna. Works. Sad to say I can only bench 285. All natural 190 pound 38 year old. Deadlift more and actually squat way less. My friend Ryan Kennelly benched 1075. No joke I've seen him rep out 650+ many times at sleek physique gym in moses lake.

How many of you guys Box? Couldn’t find a thread on here.

I competed as a kid and adult off and on. I couldn’t really compete in the army was deployed.

Now I just do it for fun and to stay fit. love getting in there and sparring with the youngsters.

Gotta say it’s always been the best workout.. like to hear some of y’alls workouts and training in this area.

 

Average gym rat. Decent powerlifter at the 181 class Currently much lighter than that if I ever competed again.

 

Never been described as a wet dream, I’ll take it I guess... thank you Travis lol
