Your car deadlift pull looks solid. Also fuck what your wife says. Run gear and I guarantee she'll be asking you when the next time you'll be running it again... Even on just 500mg test a week my lady was getting destroyed nightly and when I'm off it she's wanting me to be on more gear again cause my mood and libido was sky high.

For real though don't run it until your nutrition and training is spot on. You got a lot of room to improve before needing gear... Trt maybe but that's it, depending on your levels.

Thanks my dog. The fun/hard part of the deadlift is you don’t really know how much weight you’re lifting or when lol. Stones will/should be my only issue for the comp.

Your medleys are looking easy if that’s close to comp weight for you you’re gonna kill it.

Not a narc  I’ve worked out with him a couple times. He’s my buddy that’s dropping weight to compete in the 150lb strongman class. I low key suspected he was on something but never asked for sure

DHEA is a prohormone. That's just about the only supplement I've heard that can increase androgen levels (and even then 200 points that shit would be flying off the shelves)

So I think that number is all you brah.

Anyone here have any recommendations on a single serve blender?

Mine broke on me and I need a new one. I basically use it for creating marinades/salad dressings, cocktails, and protein shakes (in that order). Hubs is acting like it's a fucking emergency because he can't make a margarita.

I'm wondering if the coin on a Nutribullet or Ninja is worth it. It would be nice if I could make salsas with it.

I only want a single serve blender not some giant thing.

My ninja was good enough, tho I never liked the burnt smell of the motor. Also the little blender base broke and I dont like the price of a new one.

Just salsa really lol. The girlfriend makes a protein shake for breakfast with it every day. I don’t use it much anymore. We’ve got the single serve cups, the blender style one and a big food processor bowl for it. I’m trying to think what else I’ve used it for but I think really only salsa and smoothie/shakes
