I shall nod my head intelligently like I actually know what half of that means.

    :)

....and no need wasting time explaining it to me

So you guys who compete, do you do like competitions leading up to your like main focus comp?
Like a comp where you won’t go all out but test out some weights and strategies to assess where you are?

I do the January one so I can (hopefully) qualify early for nationals with it. If I qualify early then every comp I may do after that is just for fun and experience. I won't do any super heavy specific training for those shows or any heavy cycles.

Same. Never messed with them before but I wasn't looking to do any heavy gear this go around. I have heard from some other guys that this stack produces some decent strength/lean gains.

What's funny is I thought the same thing. They've both got the distinctive "capped"' shoulders you can only really get from running gear. No offense guys.

    Be well.

You're a beast though @Travish325. Being that lean at 300 is impressive.

Damn I've only run real gear once and that was a small cycle a year ago lol unless trt is classified as gear?

I know a lot of guys get that shoulder/delt look on gear but I wonder what causes it? I think mine is mainly from how I train and knowing how to make my delts pop up.

Well, maybe not specifically roids but (usually) indicative of not being "natty." I think you mentioned your T numbers in here and I can't recall what they were except for high, but if TRT is getting you levels elevated above the normal range I think that qualifies.

Interesting. I've always have giant traps but I have noticed my delts growing a lot more since starting test.
