Meh I'm not afraid to admit it like some lol I'm not a fake natty, but I am barely above the high range of test levels on trt. So maybe just "slightly not natty at the moment" lmao

I am pretty sure there is something to the test/shoulders combo. Not that anyone with capped shoulders is on, but rather that the shoulders improve more drastically from a visual standpoint when someone goes on and trains correctly. More receptors maybe or increased volume (as shoulders are hard to recover from a tonne of volume when natural).

At almost 300lbs how tall are you? Like 6’4”? You don’t look fat enough to be shorter at that weight. Regardless your lifts look strong these days man, hoping you crush it in January

Thank god. I am 5’11” and 230 and was starting to feel tiny.

on an gym related note, I decided to try land mine goblet squats today and they were harder than expected. I had always assumed they were just for lazy people and glute enthusiasts lol

I had never even heard of those until now. Going to have to incorporate those into my leg day. I have limited equipment in my garage but I do have a landmine setup.

I love the landmine, it is pretty versatile. Look up Meadows Rows, they are awesome for lats; those and single leg Romanian Deadlifts are my two fave less common exercises for it.

No surgery yet. On a cocktail of steroids (non-anabolic) and NSAIDs for 6 weeks. Normally this would not be advisable as it can be hell on your stomach and liver but I am otherwise healthy and have also given up drinking for the time being. I have been directed not to lift during this time period. I go back at the end of the 6 weeks and do another MRI to see if there has been progress made. If it's healing at a good rate, then we will game plan from there. If not, we will schedule surgery. And there is, unfortunately, always the possibility it starts to heal and then I resume normal activity months down the road and then fuck it up again, potentially with a full tear that absolutely requires surgery. So I am treading lightly but keeping an open mind.

Meadows rows, t bar rows and landmine presses are staples when I am lifting.

Yeah, I will warn you to monitor your stomach while you are on that cocktail. I was on the Prednisone and heavy Naprosyn cocktail for 6 weeks, ended up with the start of an ulcer. Stopped the drug, but then post surgery like two weeks later they gave me baby aspirin to take daily and I ended up with a GI infection that was a pretty shitty experience (pun intended). I ended up with anemia and some other shit.

Not everyone gets that violent of a reaction to it, and I did have a history of that and it blew up on me all at once. If you start to notice any issues, let your doc know.

I hope that you get an answer soon and whatever that answer is, it works out for the best.

I really wish it was the distal biceps tendon and you could just swing something really hard, snap it, and all would be good because you don't need that tendon anyways lol.

    Hahahahah

I think if the Tacoma was a fitness sport it would be CrossFit.

Raptor: strongman, powerful and quick but to big
    Ram: Powerlifter, strong but fat
Tacoma: CrossFit, does it all but master of none
GNC trucks: bodybuilders, pretty but not fit
